Frigates are the second ship class to be unlocked. They have the same number of device slots as a fighter, but get an additional weapon slot. They are quite cheap and are unlocked early, often becoming a preference for players as soon as they unlock it. You can have about 16 Frigates per command, so for 100 command you can have 1600-1700 Frigates.
Frigates cost 40 credits, 40 ore, 20 energy, and have a 37 second build time.
Frigates have a base HP of 3,500, speed of 400, and attack of 320.
Frigates have 3 Weapon slots and 2 Device slots.
Unlocked at Shipyard level 4.
